Description:
This is such a fun project, and an adorable outcome. These little guys were designed for a friend who just had a new baby boy, and they fit him perfectly!. I wanted something that looked like little basketball shoes, and I think they turned out just darling. I love that they have the illusion of having the tongue of the shoe sticking up. Oh, I love baby shoes! Hope you do too!
This pattern includes a complete step by step guide, with many high definition photos throughout to walk you through each step. This pattern was designed for the Adventurous Beginner or Intermediate level knitter in mind. Techniques include picking up stitches, knitting in the round, and short rows. If you’ve never felted before, this is a perfect beginner project! It’s felted in the washing machine, in an easy peasy process, and there are detailed instructions to guide you along the way. Instructions are given for Top Loading and Front Loading washing machines, as well as a Hand Felting alternative, for whatever your circumstances may be.

There are video tutorials available for some of the more complicated techniques available under the "Help" tab at the top of this site.
