Japanese Chicken

This chicken recipe is so delicious, and quite health conscious.  Most sweet and sour chicken recipes have you bread the chicken, but with this sauce, who needs more flavor, really.  The one thing that it does have a lot of is sugar, so if you're diabetic, this one's not for you.


Cut 5-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts into wide strips and place in a baking pan.

Sauce:
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
3 T soya sauce
3 T water

Mix these four ingredients together in a saucepan until sugar is dissolved.  Pour sauce over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.  Serve over a bed of brown rice with some veggies!



And Voila!  One tasty and delicious meal that's sure to please every time!
